This proposes a comprehensive financial integration framework tailored for multi-continent cross-border M&A transactions in banking and financial services. The framework aims to streamline the post-merger integration process by addressing key financial, operational, and strategic factors critical to success in diverse regulatory and economic landscapes. This begins by analyzing the unique complexities associated with cross-border M&A activities, including differences in accounting standards, capital adequacy requirements, currency risks, and compliance obligations across jurisdictions.
