Abstract

Executive dashboards serve as strategic tools that offer real-time insights into organizational performance across multiple operational channels. The evolution of digital ecosystems and the proliferation of diverse data sources have intensified the demand for intelligent, scalable, and integrative dashboard systems that provide unified performance visualization. This paper explores contemporary approaches and technologies utilized in building executive dashboards for real-time cross-channel performance monitoring, emphasizing data integration, visualization techniques, user experience design, and governance protocols. Employing a literature review methodology, the paper consolidates academic findings, industry practices, and future research trajectories, serving as a comprehensive guide for business intelligence practitioners and strategic decision-makers.
